Timed Entry is intended to spread out guest arrival times and keep your experience better. You will still expect to wait in line, especially on discount nights or weekends in October. We have been experiencing much busier nights than in the past seasons.

Because of the jump scares, claustrophobic scenes, running, ect we do not want you to lose a valuable possession. There is ample free parking for all guests directly on site! When entering the parking lot please drive slow and be alert!
Free Parking
Please only purchase tickets from a trusted source or directly from our website. You will receive a group photo at the beginning of the attraction. Please make certain the photographer hands you a Photo Card with your unique photo code and QR code printed on it. Store this card safely in a pocket.There is no way to look up your photo if this card is lost. Please email us at to let us know if you would like extra assistance. We will make sure we have a dedicated staff member to assist you if you would like.

In additional we have a few selfie stations around the facility where you can take your own photos. Your Entry Time is the time you are permitted to enter the front gate and join the waiting line. This is NOT the time you will be starting the haunted house.
We will have a tow staff on standby and you may be subject to their billing process. We can not let you wait for Triple A or any other roadside service you may have. Once towed out of the course you may call your own provider.
If you want to avoid waiting in the General Admission line, we have a few options you can choose from. You acknowledge that all events hosted at Fear Columbus are self guided and all groups walk at different paces. We can not guarantee the same pacing between groups but will always do our best to provide the best spacing possible based on current attendance. You understand that you are agreeing to continue walking at a steady pace at all times while in the attraction.
Please wait in or near your vehicle until it is your Entry Time. The front row of the parking lot will be blocked off with cones as it is a fire lane. If you need to drop off or pickup guests please do so near the back of the parking lot or in any area that doesn’t slow down the flow of traffic.
Numerous shirt & hoodie options along with various other trinkets are available for purchase. Be sure to check out your group photo as they make excellent memorable keepsakes of your Fear Columbus experience. In these two sections, you will find dozens of scare actors who are the stars of the haunted house.
Fear Columbus is an award-winning haunted house located in Columbus, Ohio. Known previously as 13th Floor Columbus, it features 40,000 square feet of pure haunting. All events held at Fear Columbus either by Francis Frights LLC or a 3rd party entity have a strict no refund policy.
Tickets must be purchased online for all events at Fear Columbus. We have completely removed our box office from the facility and shifted entirely into online only tickets. When you purchase your tickets you will select your Arrival Time. This is the time you are permitted to join the waiting line for the ticket type you purchased. Over the past year, we have seen Timed Entry tickets greatly reduce wait times, allow for more spacing between groups and overall a much better experience for the customer.
